Our Crawfish Sourcing Policy
At Champagne’s, we believe in keeping Cajun cooking authentic and keeping things honest. During the local Louisiana crawfish season, our kitchen proudly cooks with fresh, locally sourced Louisiana crawfish.
When the season ends, rather than charging premium prices or taking classics off the menu, we transition to high-quality frozen crawfish. This transparent choice allows us to pass a dollar-per-plate savings directly to you—letting us serve affordable, delicious local favorites year-round without compromising on quality.
